September is an ideal month for new beginnings!
Thus, as summer draws to a close, we welcome the restart of the Members’ Meetups, a series of exclusive gatherings for SNFCC Members only.
Oil from the olive trees of the SNFCC and aromatic herbs from Stavros Niarchos Park await us at a very special meeting hosted by chef Pavlos Happilos!
The session will begin with a short walk around Stavros Niarchos Park, followed by a discussion about ways to reuse cooking ingredients and alternative approaches to our recipes so that they include ingredients that might otherwise be wasted.
The aim of the meeting is to enrich our knowledge about simple and quick ways to make the most of raw materials that we use daily in our kitchen. At the end of the workshop, we will be producing our own aromatic olive oil, using oil from the olive trees of the SNFCC!
