The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) and TheHappyAct present a Sensory Friendly Screening of the feature film The Lion King (2019), as part of the SNFCC’s series of open-air cinema screenings Park Your Cinema Kids.

What are Sensory Friendly Screenings?

Sensitive Friendly Screenings are custom-made screenings of films, designed to make them accessible to people with autism and sensory processing disorders.

The screenings feature:

  • Ability to access places with lower volume.
  • Large open space in which spectators can move freely.

There is no waiting time for advertisements and no silence requirement.

 

When and where is the Sensory Friendly Screening scheduled to take place at the SNFCC?

The screening will take place on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 20.30, at the Great Lawn.

Will there be a ticket and what will it cost?

The screening is free of charge for all viewers.

Which film will be screened?

The film to be screened is The Lion King (2019).
