Concentration, controlled breathing, improved posture, balance, flexibility and core strength: these are just some of the benefits of Pilates. This mild to moderate exercise helps to awaken the body and rejuvenate the spirit.

Practitioners are requested to wear comfortable clothing and bring along their own Pilates mat.

Free admission by online pre-registration (the activity is conducted in Greek)

Preregistration starts on Friday 28/08 at 12.00 for the activities held between 31/08 – 06/09

Preregistration starts on Friday 11/09 at 12.00 for the activities held between 14/09 – 20/09

Participants are advised to be at the event's location 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.
