*From 15-30/11 the activity Basic Pilates Mat will take place at the Running Track, due to maintance work at the Great Lawn.

Concentration, controlled breathing, improved posture, balance, flexibility and core strength: these are just some of the benefits of Pilates. This mild to moderate exercise helps to awaken the body and rejuvenate the spirit.

Practitioners are requested to wear comfortable clothing and bring along their own Pilates mat.

For adults
Up to 30 participants per slot
Free admission on a first-come-first-served basis 

*The classes held every Monday 08.30-09.30 and Thursday 18.00-19.00 will include strengthening exercises with rubber bands and it is suggested to the participants to bring their own rubber band according to the resistance they wish to use.

 Due to public health measures, there may be changes regarding either the staging of the event, or the maximum number of participants.
