Following the relevant directive of the Ministry of Health, the activity is cancelled.

 

A creative way to keep in shape, Pilates helps us to strengthen our core and improves flexibility and balance. Performed on a mat, the workout is suitable for all ages and levels.

Participants should bring their own pilates mat and wear comfortable clothes.
