Yoga in the Park - Εικόνα

Following the announcement for the latest public health measures, the activity is cancelled from 03/11.

If we were to describe yoga in three words, they would be “physical and spiritual wellbeing”. Under the guidance of experienced fitness professionals and through a series of postures and breathing techniques, we strengthen our body, improve our balance, and enhance our concentration and relaxation.

Practitioners are requested to wear comfortable clothing and bring along their own yoga mat.

Up to 30 participants
Free admission by online pre-registration (the activity is conducted in Greek)

For the activities held between 02/11 and 08/11, preregistration starts on Friday 30/10 at 12.00
For the activities held between 09/11 and 15/11, preregistration starts on Friday 06/11 at 12.00
For the activities held between 16/11 and 22/11, preregistration starts on Friday 13/11 at 12.00
For the activities held between 23/11 and 30/11, preregistration starts on Friday 20/11 at 12.00

Participants are advised to be at the event's location 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.

 

Due to public health measures, there may be changes regarding either the staging of the event, or the maximum number of participants.
