Would you like to see your body change in a holistic way? This November, a new fitness program based on cross-training is being launched again.

A variety of exercises using belts, bars, resistance bands, free weights and kettlebells engage different muscle groups, reduce imbalance and maximize total strength, flexibility and speed.

Each Thursday 19.00-20.00 a customized workout exercises is offered for people with mobility impairment.
