Εικαστικό για την εκδήλωση της Καμεράτα στο ΚΠΙΣΝ

On Monday December 30, at 19.00, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) presents at the Stavros Niarchos Hall a unique festive program for all ages, comprising of the works of Cole Porter, Johann Strauss and Paddington Bear’s first concert music fairytale, by the musicians of Camerata - The Friends of Music Orchestra and acclaimed conductor Zoe Zeniodi.

Splendid melodies, ethereal images, surprises and humor skillfully intertwine in this concert that will captivate kids and adults and will be realized thanks to an exclusive grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).

  • Vittorio Monti: Czardas (Solist: Sergiu Nastasa) 
  • Leroy Anderson: Typewriter concerto 
  • Leroy Anderson: Plink plank plunk

  • Johann Strauss II: Perpetuum mobile

Part 2:

Herbert Chappell: Paddington Bear’s first concert

Paddington Bear’s first concert is an original music tale for symphonic orchestra and narrator by composer Herbert Chappell that unfolds, following the journey of our favorite hero – bear. Starting from Peru, this journey continues to London and ends with a symphonic concert at the magnificent Albert Hall where Paddington makes his debut as an orchestra conductor!

The music tale's narrator is actress Olia Lazaridou.

Recommended for children aged 5+

Admission: €10 & €5 (reduced-rate ticket)

Tickets are required for both kids and their chaperones.

Reduced-rate tickets (€5) are available for students, seniors 65+, children and young people aged 5-18, unemployed, large families and Kallithea municipality residents.
