What the Kids Want

July 2020 brings popular animated heroes to the SNFCC’s Great Lawn, that children cannot get enough of. From Pixar’s jolly Monsters to the Lion King, and from the digital toys that we have loved to the incredible life of Mr. Incredible. Give the… kids what they want!

The Lion King (1994): Plot

The young prince Simba and his father Mufasa, the Lion King, become a target for Simba’s evil uncle, who wants the throne for himself. This loose remake of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, adapted to the animated universe of the African jungle, was destined to become the global box office hit of 1994, receive two Oscars (best music and original song) and even made it to Broadway in the form of a musical.

*Viewers are advised to bring mosquito-repellent, as well as a throw or blanket to spread on the ground.

Entry is free.

For your own safety and in compliance with the measures for maintaining distances as defined by the Hellenic National Public Health Organization, we have designed a special layout at the Great Lawn, with signs indicating the spots where groups and families of up to 4 people may sit.

There will be no waiting list. In the event that full capacity is reached, no new visitors will be admitted to the Great Lawn.
