Self-defense - Εικόνα

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in collaboration with Regeneration and Progress hold a series of self-defense workshops for women.

In these stand-alone workshops, participants will have the opportunity to become familiar with the three main pillars of self-defense, theory, empowerment and application. The purpose of the activity is to get practitioners in touch with concepts around self-defense, such as the mentality and psychology of conflict as well as avoidance tactics.

For participation in the activity, it is appropriate to wear sportswear (with a long-sleeved blouse and pants) and it is necessary to have an individual mattress with you.
