Exercise is the most powerful tool for preventing and treating chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease and obesity.

This new program benefits adults over 65 as well as younger persons who suffer from chronic ailments. Each participant’s weekly activity will be recorded, and their physical condition will be evaluated every three months.

A certificate of fitness issued by a pathologist or cardiologist is required.
