The Dancing Fountains at the SNFCC Canal include 59 vertical water jets in line with the architectural design by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, together with 10 swiveling fountains, forming a powerful light, sound, and water display that captivate visitors day and night: Special LED lights are installed underwater. The Dancing Fountains have constructed thanks to the initiative and funding of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).

Dancing Fountains' Operation in March
Every year, a scheduled cleaning process of the SNFCC Canal takes place, lasting approximately 4 weeks, resulting in its depletion and then infusion of new water from the sea. From March 3 onwards this scheduled cleaning process will be in progress, combined with maintenance works.
For this reason, the Canal’s Dancing Fountains daily water shows will not take place. However, in the end of March, after the completion of the SNFCC Canal cleaning, the Dancing Fountains will return and continue to take us on a journey through beloved melodies and spectacular choreographies.
