For kindergarten, first-grade to third-grade students
This school year, children will bring the plants of the Stavros Niarchos Park to their own neighbourhoods!
Through multisensory games, observation and research, children are introduced to the colours, aromas and textures of the Park and familiarize themselves with different kinds of plants, understanding the process of planting of an urban park, focusing on Mediterranean aromatic plants and getting to know their characteristics!
In the end, children choose their favorite fragrant plant from the Park and plant its seeds in origami flowerpots from recycled paper in order to take it back with them to their own neighbourhoods!

All educational programs take place outdoors at Stavros Niarchos Park.
