OPEN CALL | 2nd Open Agora: Child, Family - Εικόνα
26 March 2024

A two-day bazaar dedicated to NGOs and teams that make our world a better place

March 2024

Aiming to activate public space as a shared meeting place of accessibility and creativity, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) is inviting nonprofit, unaffiliated, voluntary and activist organizations to participate in a two-day open agora that will take place on May 18 and 19 at the SNFCC Dome.

In the context of the Open Agora initiative, the word “Agora” has a twofold meaning: a platform for acquaintance and discussion between the SNFCC’s public and various social action groups, as well as a place for hosting an open market in which organizations will be able to sell their products to support their cause.

The event aims to raise awareness among the SNFCC’s public on issues that have to do with the daily life of us all and are associated with the content of these groups’ activities, as well as to support participating organizations, facilitating their extroversion. At the same time, it offers a platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences between organizations and the public, promoting interaction and cooperation.

The SNFCC’s Open Agora will be staged for the second time in May, at the Dome of a springtime Stavros Niarchos Park, alongside Generations, the music festival that brings together people of many different generations.

The 2nd Open Agora is dedicated to the theme “Child, Family”.

Organizations that are active in relevant fields can support their work through the sale of products, as well as present their services and activities in support of the well-being, education, psychological support, health, development and social inclusion of children and families.

If you belong to a team providing support in an associated field, we want to get to know you!

You may submit your application for participation until April 19, 2024.
