Chair Yoga for Adults | Getting to know the practice  - Εικόνα

In this meeting, we will be using a chair for a mild, different kind of practice, elements of which we can all include in our everyday life, in the office or at home. The chair offers body support and safety, while we improve our strength and flexibility, in an accessible mode of exercise for everyone, which also retains the benefits of classical yoga. Through the flow of our breath, we will discover conscious movement, as well as stillness, and together we will create the appropriate conditions for peace of mind, physical health, and connection with the present.

* The practice is done on an empty stomach and in comfortable clothes
