Expectations, social pressures, outdated taboos, clichés resulting from patriarchy, and accumulated frustrations from all the insidious, invisible sexist behaviors and misogynistic jokes. Women who remain a minority in male-dominated professions are breaking the predefined molds and stereotypes. How? They did not accept that they are inadequate. They did not submit to social conventions.
