Do you have enough leftover holiday sweets? In this culinary workshop with Pavlos Happilos, we will turn kourabiedes and Christmas cookies into chocolate truffles! Together we will participate in a fun and creative process, tackling the issue of food waste at home, while also learning a new recipe and tasting the most delicious chocolate truffles, made with our own hands.
