Are you an SNFCC Member and working in the tourism, culture, or food industry? Do you come into daily contact with the public, or simply wish to become acquainted with customer service as part of the customer experience? The SNFCC is celebrating the National Customer Service Week, October 2 to 8, and inviting its Members to a unique one-to-one experience!

Trust, empathy, active listening: these are some of the Customer Experience principles affecting our choices and preferences, whether as professionals or as consumers. Employing the method of the speed mentoring* session on the topic of Customer Experience), Members have the opportunity to become familiar with a term that is becoming increasingly popular, and get an inside look into what makes customer service at the SNFCC so special! This meeting is the opportunity to share a challenge you may be facing in your professional life, or a series of issues you would like to discuss with your mentors, and get tips that will help your professional—and not only—advancement!

Preregistration for Members’ activities in October starts on Oct. 01 at 12.00.

 

* During the session, participants will have a 15-minute conversation with each mentor. The aim is to hold a total of 4 conversations with 4 different mentors. Speed mentoring sessions are open to individuals at any stage of their career. The mentors are mostly employees of the SNFCC Visitors Experience department, as well as SNFCC Members willing to share their experiences and knowledge with you.
