Tuesday 10 October 2023 19:00
On Tuesday, Oct. 10, we spend World Mental Health Day at the SNFCC’s self-care workshop and get to know the basic principles of self-care.
Does every day start with a series of obligations we have to fulfil and end with a sense of “hollowness”? Self-care is the key to enhancing well-being and empowering oneself against the challenges of daily life. In this workshop, we will explore anything that may keep us blocked by unlocking meaningful, long-term self-development, through useful tools that reduce stress and develop healthier relationships.
