Sunday 25 February 2024 11:30
On the occasion of the opening of the “Triodion” season, we meet at Stavros Niarchos Park for a series of festive workshops with traditional dances of Southern Italy, exclusively for SNFCC Members! In February and March, the history and tradition of the Greek-speaking villages of Southern Italy come alive through tarantella dances, songs and music featuring traditional local percussion instruments. By dancing and singing during the workshop, participants will become both dancers and musicians. The workshops are addressed to both children and adults, with separate time slots for each group.
