Physical Workshop | Wellbeing and body awareness - Εικόνα

In this meeting, we “unite” physical well-being with mindfulness and gentle movement exercises. By becoming aware of our breath, we enhance its effect on our mind and, by extension, on our body. We actively contribute to our physical and mental health and cultivate a better awareness of our body in space. In addition, we receive exercise tips to relieve body and mind from the burdens of everyday life.
