Architectural Guided Tours at the SNFCC

On the occasion of the 5-year celebrations of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), Architectural Guided Tours are offered by representatives of the BETAPLAN architectural office that served as Executive Architect in the construction of the SNFCC.

Visitors take walking tours around the SNFCC, a creation of Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW), its indoor public and back-of-house spaces, the state-of-the-art architectural compound that houses the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera. They start from the outdoor reception at the Agora and head on to the outdoor space of the Lighthouse, which provides panoramic views over the Stavros Niarchos Park and the entire Attica region.

Useful Information
•    Meeting point: AGORA 
•    Duration of tour: 90΄
•    Number of participants per tour: 14
•    Preregistration is required. Online preregistration is also required for children.
•    The tour follows a route that involves continuous walking through the SNFCC premises, going up and down stairs inside and outside buildings, as well as the use of a lift.
•    Online reservations of no-shows will be canceled 15’ before the start of the tour.
•    All areas of the SNFCC are accessible for disabled guests.
•    Wearing a face mask is required for your participation in the tour.

 
For their safe participation, participants aged 4 to 11 are required to present upon arrival a negative self-test result (of the past 24 hours), officially issued through self-testing.gov.gr. Adult visitors, as well as minors aged 12+, are require to present a valid vaccination certificate or certificate of recovery, in accordance with the provisions of the Joint Ministerial Decision No. Δ1 α/ΓΠ.οικ.57069/2021 (O.G.G. 4337/Β/18-9-2021).

With each presentation of such an official document, the holder’s identity will also be verified.

Participants must wear a face mask and maintain distances, both at their arrival and while participating in events, in accordance with the instructions set out by the National Public Health Organization
