Following the Members’ experience of the annual olive harvest and olive oil production with a small-scale olive press last November at Stavros Niarchos Park, the time has now come for an olive oil tasting! In this tasting workshop, we will try high-quality varieties of olive oils and learn about their characteristics regarding aroma, taste profile and use. It is an opportunity to delve into the science of olive oil production, gain a deeper understanding of what makes a top-quality olive oil, and train our palate!
